Christian African Educational Services is an independant, interdenominational Christian, non-profit organization.
In conjunction with the objective of advancing the Christian faith, this company aims to help people who have physical, educational, and economical needs by establishing specific Christian outreach ministries in order to provide both spiritual and physical assistance to them. This dual objective purposes to give people hope through the life saving, life changing message of Jesus Christ while also empowering individuals to overcome the challenging circumstances in which they may live such as poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, etc.

Specific outreach ministries to be established within this society which will follow the articles of the constitution and the laws of the society include but are not limited to the following;
a)Schools for Underprivileged Children: Schools for orphans and other vulnerable children will be set up. We will also coordinate teacher education and school expansions.
Vocational training will also be provided.
b)Bible and Christian Education: Seminars and Bible schools, study groups, etc. to further the knowledge of God and His Word through the study of theology.
c)Health Seminars: Including short and long term health studies conducted throughout the community.
d)Orphanages: Orphanages will be set up to alleviate the difficulties of orphaned children who are in need of assistance. The children will not only be fed but educated.
2)As an interdenominational organization, Christian African Educational Services aims to network with many different local churches in Zambia in order to assist them with meeting the needs of the underprivileged in the country, thus enabling them to focus on their primary role of promulgating the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
3)Christian African Educational Services aims to receive gifts and goods of all kinds that will assist the company in fulfilling its charitable, humanitarian, religious, philanthropic and educational goals. The company will exercise all its rights in order to accomplish all the goals they have been assigned.
4)Christian African Educational Services aims to contribute financially or materially to the needs of other societies or movements with the same goals as previously mentioned.
5)Christian African Educational Services aims to build and keep buildings for outreach such as schools, children’s homes, clinics, offices and other such facilities considered necessary for the company to meet all said objectives.
6)Christian African Educational Services aims to exercise all the rights, privileges, responsibilities and authority that the law of Zambia offers regarding non-profit organizations. The content of this company will be considered at the same time as goals and authority that do neither limit nor shorten the terms of any other clause as stated in this document
